NORTH METRO EI
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Kelley Montoya
EI Director
I have had the honor of working for North Metro Community Services for
the past 28 years; with over 20 years with our Early Intervention Team. As a
Colorado and Adams County native it has been such a fun experience to
serve children and families in my community. I truly believe in the Early
Intervention model and the support that we provide to children and
families is so important in these early years. I am blessed to work with a
team of 40 women who make our program one of the best in the state;
they are truly amazing. Our team is currently serving over 1,200 children in
Adams County. We also work with over 100 service providers who are
directly serving our Early Intervention families and providing high quality
therapies; we could not do it without these partnerships.
On a personal note, I have 2 children Evan and Sophia; and have been
married to my husband George for 22 years. Our family loves to travel, go
to concerts, and take in sporting events for our local teams. I can’t forget
about my fur-baby Bentley a Bernadoodle who love to take for walks, be
outside, and snuggle.

I have been with North Metro for 13 years. I moved to Colorado from
California 22 year ago with my husband and now have two boys and a
dog. My oldest son just graduated as a Pastry Chef, and my youngest is a
sophomore in High School. Some of my favorite past times are going
camping, spending time hanging out in my backyard with friends and
family, and when possible, travel. When the weather is not cooperating, I
enjoy streaming a good series or movie under blankets.
I find it to be a meaningful experience when I get to help a family
navigate their journey through the Early Intervention program. It is
rewarding when children complete their outcomes and graduate from
the program as it is also satisfying when a family is given the tools
needed to continue their path to obtaining future guidance and
resources. I love how Early Intervention has given me the opportunity to
be part of families lives through making this an easy experience for all.
